About this questionnaire

The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 scale asks about the most common symptoms of anxiety: worry, tension, restlessness and irritability.

Think about the last two weeks and choose how often each problem has bothered you.

Scoring: 0–3 per question, total 0–21. 5, 10 and 15 mark mild, moderate and severe anxiety.

Before you start
