Brain MRI × driving safety with interpretable ML

Voxel-based morphometry of structural MRI in cohorts of older drivers assessed on actual vehicles, combined with cross-validated feature selection (RFECV), regression, and SHAP explanations to identify gray-matter biomarkers of real-world driving safety — with a DBQ-based study of driving tendencies published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience (2026).

Gray-matter correlates of fatigue & ADHD traits

Large-scale VBM studies in thousands of healthy adults, linking regional gray matter volume to physical and mental fatigue (including differences between desk and non-desk workers), adult ADHD traits, and real-world traffic crashes.
